A special shout-out to Chad, who handled everything from measuring and explaining the process to giving us a great quote and completing the installation. The blinds are incredibly high quality, and the motors and tracks run smoothly and quietly. My wife is an interior designer who works with countless product vendors, so she has an exceptionally high attention to detail—and she was thoroughly impressed by Chad’s expertise and precision. From the first phone contact with Pam to the installation Buckeye State Awnings delivered honest, professional service. They patiently answered my questions and explained awning options. Ken came to my house for an on site estimate and showed me fabrics and other options. The awning was delivered in roughly 4 weeks and an immediate date for installation was scheduled. Chad and Mark took down my old awning and hauled it away. They installed my new SunPro efficiently and were even able to connect it to my previous hard wired set up! What a great experience! From my initial request for quote to final installation everything was handled extremely well. Chadwick came to our house with samples, answered all of our questions, and put 0 pressure on us to buy. It was a refreshing interaction. Our Weather Armor awning got caught in a sudden burst of wind that left one side hanging low. I called the local office and spoke to the manager who told me to call another number on Monday,it was Saturday. I did this and got a voice message and left a detailed message and explained that I was told to get help through this office. Crickets....I called again left a message and got a message telling me to call her between 9 and 2. I did and once again got a message. This went on for a few more days. Got a call back telling me to call between 9 and 2. Then I got a message telling me it would be $350.00 for someone to come out and fix it. So I looked around made a few calls and ended up finding Buckeye State Awnings. Long story short Jamie ,the owner, answered and responded immediately. THAT DAY I spoke with someone and got things taken care of!! That is fantastic customer service. Chad shows up quiet but a master at what he does. Abraham Lincoln said "What ever you do be good at it." Chad is so much all of that! If you're shopping for awnings with reliable folks this is the place. Made me feel like family. Seriously!! Chad installed our screen on our pergola. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond wiring our remote controlled screen. We were amazed that he installed the screen all by himself. I recently invited Buckeye State Awnings and Screens to provide a quote for a sunscreen on one side of a newly built pavilion, after first receiving a quote from another local company. Shortly after I reached out, Chad Boval visited the property, and we discussed my specific needs and installation preferences. Chad quickly understood what I was looking for and proposed an ideal solution. His recommendation included a carefully concealed black power cord run that would fully integrate the sunscreen into the pavilion’s structure. The price was very reasonable, and the product came with a 15 year warranty. I was told installation would be completed within a month and was pleasantly surprised when it was finished in just three weeks. Chad performed the installation himself and did an exceptional job. The work was completed efficiently and flawlessly. The sunscreen is neatly tucked into the eave and complements the pavilion perfectly, including a color that matches the wood stained structure. I am extremely pleased with the final result and truly enjoyed working with Chad throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous in his work.
